Ski and Snowboard Boot Comfort Guarantee

When you buy ski or snowboard boots from us in store we will guarantee the comfort fit.
To achieve the highest quality of fit a Sidas or Superfeet custom moulded orthotic footbed is essential.
Wear your boots at home lots before you take them outside.
If any comfort problems develop we will re-fit them at no extra cost or offer an exchange.
If you change to a cheaper model we will not refund the difference.
If you change to a more expensive model you will pay the difference.
If comfort problems develop after you have used the boots, we will continue to offer re-fitting service at no extra cost. If despite our best efforts the boots prove totally uncomfortable, are in good condition and have been used for less than fourteen days (in the season of purchase) we will buy them back from you at the price you paid in the form of a Carters Credit Note for the purchase price less a 30% Rental Charge.

NB: CASH REFUNDS ARE NOT GIVEN

The Comfort Guarantee applies for 12 months from the date of purchase.
You must have a Carters manufactured Sidas Custom Footbed in your boots.
You must retain your original purchase receipt, all packaging and fit sheet.
You must follow the break-in and usage guidelines and any other advice given to you during your appointment.
You must provide us with the opportunity to examine, adjust and refit the ski boots or insoles at our store.
The boots in question must not have been unreasonably worn, damaged or abused or have been modified or altered in any way by anyone other than Carters.
This guarantee is valid for the fit of your ski boots only and does not cover: wear and tear, changes in requirements (performance, ability, etc) or changes in your foot shape.
The Rental Charge will be a minimum of 30% of the purchase price. The condition of your boots will affect the value of the Rental Charge.
This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights

Exceptions:

Due to the personal fitting implications inherent in the purchase of ski boots, we recommend that you purchase these in person in our store. If you do wish to purchase online, please make sure that have tried on the boots instore and have identified that the boots are suited to your aspirations.

Please note: Carters Boot Fit Guarantee does not apply to boots purchased online.

The actual colour and specification of some items may differ slightly from the photographic representations shown on this Internet site.

It should be noted that descriptions of product performance and suitability are purely subjective.

Liability Statement

Climbing, hillwalking, mountaineering, skiing, snowboarding and related activities are potentially hazardous. It is the individuals own responsibility to acquire and understand the proper techniques associated with safe participation in these activities. To fully accept and assume all risks, damages, injury or death, which may result from the use of products posted on the Carters360 Internet site.

Payment Terms

If you choose to use a non-UK registered payment card or PayPal account we reserve the right to charge an administration fee of not more than £5.00 on either the purchase transaction and/or the refund transaction to cover the cost incurred by us in processing your payment and/or refund. We will not dispatch your order until the cleared funds have reached our bank account.

Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel your order up to a maximum of 14 working days from the day after you receive your order. You must notify us of this intent in writing by emailing sales@carters360.com immediately. You must include the word 'cancel' and your order number in your email.
